Supported chest openers are added to the pranayama practice to facilitate chest expansion and to improve lung capacity.  Breating practice in supported and seated postures help alleviate fatigue, reduce tension, fortify the immune system and speed recovery from illness. Connect the body, mind and spirit. Wear warm, comfortable clothing with no tight elastic bands. For all levels, including beginners.
