WINTER QUARTER WORKSHOPS

 

TONE AND REJUVENATE YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM with Christina Sible

Sunday, JANUARY  21, 2-4pm

This workshop will focus on tools to start 2018 with a calm, refreshed, focused mind and a toned, balanced nervous system.  A sequence of deep rest poses and pranayama (breathing techniques) will be covered.  All levels welcome.

 

OPEN YOUR HEART with Christina Sible

Sunday, FEBRUARY 11, 2-4pm

Join Christina for a supported and active backbending workshop.  Open your heart center for increased capacity, more elastic back muscles, and increased flexibility and range of motion in the shoulder girdle.  All levels welcome.

 

SPRING FLING with Christina Sible

Sunday, MARCH 18, 2-4pm

Join Christina for an  active, warming sequence to melt the winter snow and prepare your body and mind for Spring!  No raw beginners please, pre-requisite one quarter of Level 1 or higher.

 

PREGNANCY AND MENSTRUAL MODIFICATIONS with Christina Sible

Sunday, MAY 6, 2-4pm

Join Christina for this informative workshop detailing how and WHY to modify your practice during pregnancy and menses.

$35 for each Saturday or Sunday workshop by IYIP teachers
