Choose Your Path
IYIP instruction is based around three areas of concentration: yoga practice, stress management, and rehabilitation. We will work with you to create a course of study that is tailored to your unique needs and goals. Your individualized practice may be a combination of classes, workshops and private sessions with instructors, and may draw from one or all areas of concentration.
Beginner to Advanced Practice
For beginning or continuing students who just want to study yoga and come with no therapeutic or extreme stress concerns.
Yoga Therapy and Rehabilitation
For students who have some health concerns, injuries or issues that might preclude you from participating in a regular class. IYIP is the right place for you if you are at all nervous about starting yoga or are looking for new tools in your healing process.
Stress Management
For students who are struggling with physical, emotional or mental stress, or those who want to learn the relaxation response as part of your recovery from illness or injury.
