Please Logon for classes 15 minutes before class time if you have not yet created your user logon. If you have done this already, join the class 5 to 10 minutes before actual start time.

1. Namastream (our platform) is designed for use with the Google Chrome browser. Load Chrome in advance if you do not already use it. (Other browsers may work, but not as well. Picture and sound quality suffer noticeably.)
2. Create a Namastream/IYIP User Account. Just below is the link to the login page where you make your password. Alternately you can find it via our website menu as “Online Learning”.
The only class you join at the start of a quarter is a level 1 class. (You may begin the level one class anytime in the first three to four weeks of a quarter. After that you will have missed the previous weeks information upon which the subsequent classes rely.) For all other classes you may begin anytime. Just drop in about 15 minutes early to get signed in! No need to call ahead. We have a large space and do not cap class attendance.
Our classes have three focus areas:
IYIP classes run in 12-week sessions with a short break between quarters. Most classes build sequentially throughout the quarter, but you are welcome to begin or drop in at any point.
You can pre-register and pay for classes using the MindBody mobile app or pay at class time with cash or check made out to Iyengar Yoga Institute of Pittsburgh (IYIP). No need to call ahead; just come a few minutes early for your first class to meet your teacher and fill out our New Student Registration form.
