Printable Winter Schedule 2020

Winter Quarter began Thursday, January 2.

The only class you need to start at the beginning of a quarter is a level 1 class. (Actually you may begin the level one class anytime in the first three to four weeks. After that you will be a too behind as the class builds each week upon the previous weeks.)

All other classes you may begin at any time. Just get in and get started!

IYIP Classes


Our classes have three focus areas:

Beginner to advanced yoga practice

Yoga therapy and rehabilitation

Stress management

IYIP classes run in 12-week sessions with a short break between quarters. Most classes build sequentially throughout the quarter, but you are welcome to begin or drop in at any point.

Class Descriptions

You can pre-register and pay for classes using the MindBody mobile app or pay at class time with cash or check made out to Iyengar Yoga Institute of Pittsburgh (IYIP). No need to call ahead; just come a few minutes early for your first class to meet your teacher and fill out our New Student Registration form.
